We needed to lift our couch enough to replace a broken glider on one leg. We are elderly and couldn’t budge the couch. With this arm jack, we could lift the couch enough to replace the broken piece. It’s a lifesaver for us!

these work so so well i picked up a very heavy bed/frame with no issue, no slipping. i do have issues setting it back down slowly/gently. for me when it releases, it just sort of drops, its not an easy going down no matter how i try to slowly release or let it down easy. that's my only complaint

I also used this on my unbalanced washer which gave me easy access to the leveling legs and to lift my dryer to vacuum under it. I also used it for siding on the house by putting a 2x4 down first to jack the siding into place and level it for nailing into place. This is a lighter functioning jack so I would not recommend for anything over 100 lbs but it is very versatile, sturdy and stable (rubber footing) when a third hand comes in handy.

Firstly, box was delivered all damaged with contents sticking out of sides, so I'm guessing the instructions must have fallen out along the way. Product resembled what was shown on-line however in person it was cheaply made, had horrible chemical smell to it and the plastic that is supposed to fit on the bottom of product hardly fit, it was struggle to get them on. Too busy to return so it just went in to a pile of things to donate.

VERY hard to squeeze the levers together to raise an object. I tried to raise my bed but it was too heavy.
