I have an old Great Neck rotary tool with worn out collets. This set of collets fit the 4.5mm spindle in my tool perfectly. I like that all collets are 1/8" which is the only size I need. I can now expect to a many more years out of the tool instead of buying a new one and tossing a perfectly serviceable one.

The collet nut and chuck do not fit older Dremel tools, the threaded tool shaft is too short for either of these to provide any clamping power...the threads are fine. The collets themselves work fine in the tool with the stock collet nut. So, I'll keep the collets, ditch the rest and chalk it up to the 'should have known better department'.....

The collets fit on a foredom flex shaft. great price and value, foredom want the same price for one plus shipping and you get 8 here. The other piece didn’t work on my handle but I was only looking for the collets anyway.

They work ok but didn’t realize it would be 2 sets of the same sizes. Don’t need 2 sets.
