I use a considerable amount of M3 screws across all of my projects and inexpensive hardware seems to suffer from a number of issues periodically. I am pleased to say that these suffer from none.Nuts are well packaged in a nice little container (see photos) but I won't use it but for some this can be really handy.One of the primary issues I see with cheaper hardware is consistency with the finish. While not the end of the world, it bugs me, but these are evenly coated with no bare spots. Overall really nice finish, 5 of 5 for that.Second most common issue is rough threading. These thread on smoothly with no rough spots. 5 of 5 for that.Third, specific to lock nuts, the nylon insert doesn't bind sufficiently or binds too much. These are right in the middle where they should be. They grip really firm to prevent backout, but not so much that you have to really muscle them on. 5 of 5 for that as well.Overall, really nice hardware. I knocked off one star for value. At 8.99 retail I think they are a little over priced.

These lock nuts are extremely small, designed specifically for M2 screws with a 0.4mm pitch. I needed some very small 2mm fastners and this fit the bill. These are made from carbon steel with a tiny nylon insert and zinc plated for extra corrosion resistance. If you're working on projects that require M2 fasteners, these nuts are a perfect choice, but be sure you're matching them with the correct screw size.

They come in a nice case and give you a good amount of nuts. They perform as expected and look good as well.

I think these are made well and the finish looks really good. The threads are cut well and the nylon is consistent. Hardware is difficult to review without being boring or truly informative but these are exactly what they are advertised to be so they got all five stars.I am happy with my order and I hope this was helpful. âœ”ï¸ Thanks!

These work great. Actually good quality lock nuts. The nylon is great, the threads are all perfect, the metal is not weak or cheap feeling.
