Every year I get my 1099's from amazon because of the great price and GUARANTEED arrival unlike some of the other Online Office Supplies have let me down in the past many times so I switched over to Amazon and they are the EXACT same forms, they work great in all my Laser Printers. I will ALWAYS buy my Tax Form from Amazon!!

We found out we needed these last minute. All stores sold out turned to Amazon. Luckily, they shipped right away and we received them and made our Jan 31st deadline! Item as described, year was correct, came with all papers stated. Thank you!

Terrible. Doesn't line up with the printer the way it should. I honestly don't know that I have ever wrote a 1 star review so I promise I'm not "that person". Maybe just a bad batch but I won't chance it again.
