These worked great to pull some wire in conduit in my barn. I did end up wrapping it in a bit of electrical tape so it wouldn't slip off if the wire was pushed. Overall these worked great and saved me from having to trim back the wire and bend it over the fish tape. Definitely a time saver.

I ordered these TorSor Cable Puller Grips Wire Pulling Tools to help me rewire a wall lamp with a flexible joint in the middle. Years ago, I was sometimes called upon to provide some extra muscle to pull new data cables through already crowded conduits. Our "computer guy" had to tie and tape the new cable to a cord or fish tape, and it was always a lot of effort to get the knots and tape secure enough. These wire pulling tools would have made that job faster and at least a little easier. We now have data trays on the ceilings running down the hallways, so no cable pulling is needed any more.As well done as these are, I've found they are too big to use in rewiring my lamp because of the joint in the lamp. I've got a few floor lamps to rewire, and I'll use these pullers on those.
