My main intention on buying this was for a handful of fries, eggrolls, empanadas. It works great, my only gripe is that all the pieces cannot be stored together in a tight fitting way.

I have recently become addicted to lumpia and I’ve been cooking it in a pan and having to flip them. It’s just messy, and takes a while. This thing is amazing. It does take a little while to get the oil warmed up. But in no way am I complaining. Holy cow! The cook perfectly, and quickly! No more burned, over cooked or under cooked food. Made some fries in it last night and they were amazing. I’m sooooo happy with this thing I might have to buy it for my friends lolTruly, if you fry things you want this. It really is so great.

This was too small for deep frying anything in large quantities. As thin as the metal is, I’d be concerned about using it for frying. Be advised, when I opened it, I sent it back immediately, I never used it.
