I purchased these because I was on the verge of going crazy. I developed a blood problem that causes the symptom of confusion. So I found myself going around in circles getting nothing done. But I also have ADHD as an adult. So I would set my mind to doing something and as an ADHD sufferer, we will be distracted by something and say I will take a minute and fix this problem that arised. Well 6 hours later I would discover I am still messing around with what distracted me or I forgot what I was working on previously and forgot to finish it. So now when I am trying to accomplish several things and I get confused, I go to these pads that attach really great to my fridge. And I will regroup and then come back and mark it off. It has a place for a check mark. Then I will see what else I need to do. It has been very helpful.It came in 6 different colors I believe. The ones that are darker are not too dark to look at what you wrote. But I especially like the hot pink, yellow and orange ones the most. I will be honest. I bought these because they were cheaper than others and came with a good amount of of them.But they are nicer than I imagined. It doesn’t just have a small magnet piece in the back. The magnet is the size of the whole page so it stays firmly on the refrigerator. It would be hard to just slide them over to another space because they are on there good. It is easier to pick up and move them. I also like that the pages were bound together on top. What I mean is that pages don’t just easily come off the pad and drop to the floor and get wasted. They are bound very well so that it requires you to apply force to tear off the page. They are wonderfully made and you will be pleased

These are handy & useful little notepads. I especially like that they have a magnetic backing to stick to my refrigerator, and the paper is lined to keep notes neat - and each line has a check box. The sheets are smaller than I usually use for my grocery lists but by writing smaller I can usually fit everything in. The pages do not have a sticky back.

Love these for grocery lists. Also love the fun vibrant colors. I would buy these again. They don’t slip around on the fridge. The magnets are strong enough to keep them in place really well. Unlike others that I have purchased, that have a single strip of magnet along the top, these are a magnet on the entire back side of the notepad.

I laughed when I opened these notepads because I didn’t expect them to be so small! I ordered them for grocery lists but in my opinion, they don’t have enough space to write the items out.
