Product Description
Accusize Precision Blocks
Accusize Precision Blocks: 1-2-3, 2-3-4, 2-4-6, and 25-50-75mm Options with 23 Holes, 11 Holes, 1 Hole, or No Holes. These precision blocks are highly versatile and ideal for precision layout, grinding, and setup work.
Thread Sizes, Materials, & Tips
-
Precision Block
Thread Size
- 11-hole blocks feature 5 tapped holes (5/16"-18 for the EG02-0405) for clamping, with 6 untapped through-holes.
- 23-hole blocks include 5 tapped holes (3/8"-16 for EG06-0411 & EG02-0412, and 5/8"-11" for EG06-0415 & EG02-0416) for clamping, plus 18 untapped holes.
- The drilled hole size for EG02-0406 is 0.500-0.501".
- The cross-drilling design ensures minimal weight while maintaining maximum strength.
-
Accusize Precision Block
Materials
- Constructed from hardened steel, with a hardness rating of HRC 50–60 on all six sides.
- Each block is precision ground and hardened on all sides for superior durability and accuracy.
- These precision blocks are highly versatile and ideal for precision layout, grinding, and setup work.
-
Benefits of
More Holes
The hole configurations of our precision blocks offer unmatched flexibility. The more holes a block has, the more configuration possibilities you can create by bolting blocks together.
-
Benefits of
Less Holes
For milling applications where chips, abrasives, coolant, and other debris can enter the holes, blocks with fewer holes or no holes provide a more efficient solution, enhancing productivity by reducing downtime and the need for frequent cleaning.
-
Setup Tools
For Milling
Our 1-2-3 Precision Blocks are precision ground to exact measurements of 1 inch by 2 inches by 3 inches, while the 2-3-4, 2-4-6, and 25-50-75mm blocks are equally accurate in their dimensions. These blocks are the go-to standard for machinists when setting up, doing fixturing, or touching off tools.
They are ideal for use with a wide range of milling machines' setup tools, including height gauges and test indicators, for calibration and precision measurement during inspections.
