Your cart is empty.The AAV purification kit is designed for fast and efficient purification all serotypes of rAAV from AVV infected cell culture. Viral particles can be purified from cell culture of 1-2 T75 flasks per column. The viruses are first applied from a purification column and then further purified and concentrated through a desalting column. Important: Each purification column is used for 2 preps with the same virus.
