This is the second one I have... First one was mounted in a vehicle I purchased, and I really liked it. I was very happy to see that I was able to find and purchase one for my service truck. Absolutely an excellent mount for the price, comes with several different length clamp legs to fit all sorts of devices. I'll be buying another, plus likely a spare just in case. Highly recommended.

This device is amazing. This is the fourth one that I have purchased. I have three in my semi truck and one on my DJ table for my iPad. I love the new design with the screw in tray. So much more secure than the previous models.

I just wanted something to hold my iPad for use with my organ-style keyboard console. This works great! It's easy to use, flexible and stable. I may need to get another one in the future.

Let's start off by saying this mount does NOT have an easy life. I have it screwed into the dash of my delivery step-van and my route is mostly rural. Potholes are basically as common as rocks where I work, so I needed something sturdy to hold up over time.The arm is made of metal, and feels very strong. I like the fact that the pivot ball is textured for extra grip and it seems to hold it's position pretty tightly. No complaints here.My biggest issue is the spring tensioned mount. This thing seriously needs a way to lock the spring in place, because not only does it allow my tablet to shake off overtime, but once the tablet hops off the mount the spring kicks back to its default position and literally turns my tablet into a projectile towards the floor. On day one it fell off and it dinged up my tablet, then on day 2 it completely shattered the screen, and I had JUST gotten that tablet. I had to switch to my phone for a bit and it started launching that too, so I finally gave up and zip-tied it down.Very sturdy arm but really needs a more study mount.

I bought this mount to remedy the poor mounting location by the upfitters that did our vehicles.I had never heard of this brand before, but noticed it was similar to the "Ram" Brand mounts. I took a chance and have to say this is an excellent mount. It was exactly what I needed for the job. It is made of metal and very sturdy. The actual tablet holder is plastic, but also solidly built. The arms and mounting plates are metal. (Comes with hardware to mount to wood surface or sheetrock if needed)Since my purchase, my coworkers have also purchased this mount to fix their vehicles as well.If security is a concern for you, this mount doesn't have a way to lock in your tablet, but if you just need a solid mount to hold it, this is a good one.If I need another mount like this, I will buy from this company again.*Pictures taken during install without wires routed.

After several weeks of use I decided to finally leave my reviews of this tablet mount. I installed this mount to my Bowflex TreadClimber using some screws I had laying around to the plastic casing around the controls. Now I find this unit to be sturdy even with the machine vibrations from the treadles moving up and down. I think the construction is great and I actually prefer the actual part that holds the tablet to be plastic as it will prevent marking up your tablet. I believe other reviews suggested it being metal but I don't think that would be a good idea. Overall I am very impressed and I would purchase again if I need another one.Now there are only 2 things that I fixed and only because it was bothering me. Pictures included. 1st is the screw that holds the metal ball to the mount was loose so I tightened it no big deal. The 2nd think I did was added a thin piece of cardboard between the mount and ipad cradle so stiffen it up. Prior to these 2 "mods" the iPad cradle swivel slightly left to right. Again this was only because it bugged me knowing it could do that, with the weight of the ipad once it was placed in the mount (prior to the 2 fixes) it didnt shift around anyhow. So it's not like it needed to be done as the iPad didnt bounce around or swivel left to right. Most ipad/cellphone mounts with this type of system always have that little bit of play so I think it's just inherited to the design.Again I would highly recommend this mount and I really like the build quality of it. When I first took it out of the package a few weeks ago I was impressed even before I started using it. I still thought it would have shaked while on my machine even with the built quality but I was wrong it functions as good as it looks!!!!P.S - I would mark the sturdiness 4.5 stars if I could due to the slight swivel of the mount and ipad cradle but I can't. So I'd rather give it a 5 star rather than 4 star. Again a good majority of mounts like this all do the same thing from my experience.
