Abaca is harvested from a plant in the banana tree family, and it adds strength and a creamy tan color with natural fleck to handmakde papers. Abaca sheets are trimmed to 10" x 12" pieces for easy handling and storage. Abaca sheet pulp rehydrates easily and can be pulped in a kitchen blender. Tip sheet is included.
