Budget priced item. You never really know.But this product has kept up. Hammer drilling through rock is a abusive task. This drill is keeping up, doing a good job, not showing any signs of breaking down. Been happy with the performance so far.

Had a single project requiring (30) 8"x1/2" Anchor bolts and (6) 10"x3/4" Hold Down bolts. Looking at hammer drills - this caught my eye based on price alone. However, having performed the work - I can say this tool did a fantastic job and worked just fine by me. It's a bit on the heavy side, but it's also a heavy duty tool and solidly built. It's ergonomic enough and with the 360-deg adjustable handle - there wasn't a drill position that I could not get good leverage on. Can't speak to the longevity of this tool since I don't drill concrete for a living on a daily basis, but if you're looking for this kind of tool for a substantial DIY project and need to chisel/drill concrete - I would highly recommend this tool....I was not disappointed and it worked perfect for me. I would add - keep an eye on the grease - the tool came filled up with grease and for the above scope of work - I ended up using the whole tube provided !

Seems like a nice affordable tool. Bought for occasional use around the house. I giving this to my son, and getting back my Bosch. The bits may be ok but I did not use them (they are meteric).

Got this to punch a 5" hole through the basement floor for a radon suction pit. My old 1/2" drill with hammer function was taking forever to drill a single 1/2" hole through the 4-5" of concrete. This beast drills a 5/8" hole in seconds! Drilled a series of 16 holes in a 5" pattern in about 10 minutes and the used chisel bits to bust it out. Ended up with a fairly clean 5" hole. I then used chisel bits and a long 3/4" drill bit to loosen up the packed clay and sand to dig out the radon bit. I would not have got it done without this tool. I ended up having to add a second pit to the system and this tool was up to the task. (got the radon down from 20 to about 1) . Held up well for how I was mistreating, the tool

I bought this with the hopes of getting through a tile floor stripping. Not only was I able to strip the tile, grout, thin set (with help of a separate blade), I was able to get through breaking of concrete footings in two fence jobs. Great tool and still going strong !Safe to say this thing paid for itself !

We are taking up a bamboo floor in a bedroom and it is REALLY difficult.The glue is unforgiving and EXTREMELY hard to remove.My only hope is to chisel it off to put down the new ceramic tile we ordered.I am counting on this tool to do that.....
