Product is as advertised and provides accurate and reliable readings. Customer service was outstanding. There was some slight shipping damage to the storage case. Reported the issue and company immediately shipped out a replacement. Very happy with purchase and with the top notch customer service that we received.

While the viscometer is accurate when it works, be aware that the machine is VERY fragile and needs to be handled delicately. Having said that, when we contacted CGOLDENWALL customer service they offered us a free replacement in exchange for our broken viscometer as per their one year warranty.
