These are basically just like any other single sided PCB but they can’t take very high temps before the copper delaminates.

Nothing bad about the copper or fr4 material but if youre looking for consistent sized/square boards this is NOT what you need.

Ich fertige Platinen mit meiner Fräse und es kam schon ein paar mal vor, dass sich die Kupferbeschichtung abgelöst hat.Insbesondere bei diesem Verfahren ist das ein echter Nachteil.
