I was looking for a few different starter yo-yos for myself and my children. I saw the ad for this and decided to purchase it. Right out of the box you can tell this is high quality plastic. It is nice and heavy and very durable. I was overall impressed with the spin time, and I was able to easily perform complex responsive tricks like the Eifel tower and not having to worry about the bearings going out.It does feel very wide, but with that it is easy for the yoyo to catch on the string doing the flying trapeze. This is really nice for the price point, and you really could use this easily to advance from beginner to intermediate and not have to worry about swapping out with another yoyo. I recommended this for your first plastic yoyo.

My son was so excited to receive this yoyo for Christmas. It was one of his most wished for things he asked for. Unfortunately it broke within a month. The screw holding it together appears to be stripped because it will not screw back together.He's only 10 so he is very upset about this. I would not buy him the same replacement at a cost of over $30 considering it only lasted a month. I have contacted the company and will update if they will send a replacement or offer a refund.UPDATE: The company does not stand by their product. The told me the stripped screw was user error and instructed not to screw together too tightly or to use the yoyo while standing on a hard surface. They offered me the opportunity to replace the yoyo for $20+shipping. That's basically the same cost as buying another yoyo.Other reviews also mention having a stripped screw. If you look closely at the screw, you can see the screw is made with a hard metal and the part it screws into is a softer metal. Having a stripped screw is inevitable. Poor product design to make you keep buying their inferior yoyo.I will not purchase this brand yoyo again. My son can choose another brand.

Got this for my nephew with the metal version and a few other yoyos. This one was nice becuase it was plastic. it has a fingerspin dimple that i was able to hit the DNA yoyo trick on after watching a few yoyo tutorials. recomended to anyone looking for a good beginner yoyo but the metal version was slightly easier to do fingerspin yoyo tricks
