Ordering one of these customized address signs is simple:

- Choose your cowboy horse design (1-3)
- Type in your address
- Pick the alignment (left or right) of the cowboy horse figure and street number
- Choose your desired color
- Choose the desired size (we recommend 18” and above)
- Tell us if you would like to add pre-drilled mounting holes.
Please note: These metal signs are custom-made to order. Once they go into the production process, we cannot and do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds – all sales are final.
For maximum peace of mind, we’ll go the extra length by providing you with a complimentary design proof before we process your order (this is optional – please note that messaging back and forth will add a slight delay, please try to be as responsive as possible).
Once you’ve approved the proof, we’ll go ahead and laser cut your sign in our 18 gauge steel!
Powder coating ensures the sign is rust and fade resistant, built to withstand the elements for years.
Pre-drilled mounting holes can be added on the sides of the central bar for easy hanging (please note however that mounting hardware is not included – screws, hooks, fasteners, clips, spacers, etc. – those items must be purchased separately).

Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size or option. So please order carefully before submitting. We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged or has some fault. All sales are final.
If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect please let us know. Customer satisfaction is important to us, so please allow us the opportunity to make it right. For a damage or fault, please include a photo that clearly shows the issue. Once the damage/fault is verified, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement product (your choice).
Mounting Do’s and Don’ts:
Before attempting mounting, make sure you have the needed hardware to properly secure it on the desired surface. For mounting on brick, stucco and stone, you can use a masonry drill bit along with screws with a plastic sleeve. For vinyl siding, a good option is no-hole vinyl siding clips. A mounting hook can be used for extra support if needed. With all that said, the responsibility for properly mounting your sign is on you.
Care and Maintenance:
With its baked-on powder-coated finish, in normal outdoor conditions your sign should resist rust for years (the powder coating creates a barrier to protect against many different types of corrosion, including rust). However, certain climates or conditions may require additional care and maintenance – the sign will rust when exposed to humidity, salt and moisture. When mounting your metal sign outside, be sure it is kept away from any harsh chemicals, chlorine, or a saltwater pool (we’ve seen these conditions cause metal signs to rust quickly). Additionally, if you live in an area with extreme sun or salty air, you could try applying a clearcoat for added protection of the metal surface.
