Easy upgrade to a Dell insperion desktop. Took less than 5 min and worked great. On first boot, it recognized the new memory and asked for you to reply continue... that's it! Runs much faster now... enjoy.

Finally managed to get this installed. I had 16 GB in 2 X 8GB sticks, and I 4 total slots, so I decided to get 2 more 8GB sticks. Let's just say, I can't seem to get it installed properly... Clearly, I didn't push hard enough to get it ALL THE WAY into the slot. And no, DIMMs do NOT work if you don't push it all the way in. Took me multiple attempts over 15 minutes to get 3 DIMM sticks in there properly (I had to move one of the DIMMs out so they'd go matching DIMM sticks to each of the 2 banks). Once they're in properly (both side snaps go in PROPERLY) they work great.So why 4 instead of 5 stars? It's a little on the expensive side, for something this old.

I have the 2x32GB (64GB) 3200 Crucial RAM sticks in one bank and my old 2x16GB (32GB) 2666 RAM other brand sticks in the other bank for a total of 96GB 2400 RAM because I could only afford the 2x32GB (64GB) 3200 RAM this month. I will buy another Crucial 2x32GB (64GB) 3200 RAM next month and replace the other brand RAM for a total of 4x32GB 128GB 3200 RAM Crucial that will actually run at 3200.It works fine though mixed with the other brand RAM in the meantime, just at a lower speed, if you are wondering.I'm maxing out my system RAM because I intend to set up local AI installations on my PC.

Since some time I have been searching for the RAM for my desktop PC. I had 16 GB and wanted 32 (a maximum for my PC). I found that these were comatible with my motherboard and decided to try.The installation was fast and easy and as soon as I rebooted my PC, I noticed that there were 32 MB instead of 16 MB that I had previously. This RAM significantly improved the work with my DAW and plugins, and everything else that I use is now faster.
