Used an old wallet of mine. Inserted the cards that came with the pack. Found random receipts, business cards and stuff and added them into the mix. Used some fake US currency folded to be less obvious. Kept loading with tickets and stuff from where we were visiting to make wallet appear overwhelming. It was worth it. I never had to use it but felt safe knowing I had it handy if needed.

The wallet that they actually include in this is actually a pretty decent quality wallet itself. But it's fun to put in your back pocket to see if he can catch somebody trying to snatch it! 🤣

I received the product on time and it's basically OK, but with a little effort, it could be much better.1. The cards all look new. That could alert a thief that they had a spoof wallet. It would have been nice had the manufacturer bounced the cards around a bit to make them look used.2. There were two bank cards (from different banks), but each had exactly the same number (down to the cvv on the back). If a thief just grabbed the wallet and ran, that wouldn't be a problem, but if they held me up at knife-point while they opened the wallet, they would realise that two different banks wouldn't give me cards with identical numbers and would realise I was trying to trick them. Again, like the newness, this should be trivial to fix: generate random numbers for the cards.Otherwise, a reasonable product.

The cards look and feel just like real credit cards and the wallet is a black leather bifold. It’s almost exactly what I would carry normally so this will be a perfect replacement. I’ll be using this decoy wallet every day because I travel in rough areas for work and have been in a situation where this would have been useful. Everything about this wallet looks genuine but nothing can be traced by to me if someone steals it thankfully!

I honestly thought this was going to be a little “cheesy†and not really work in the way it describes. After getting it though it’s much nicer than I expected. The cards looks as real as they need to in a situation like a mugging where they’re after your cash. The wallet is a basic black leather and everything in it is bogus so nothing can be traced back to me if I’m pickpocketed. Very happy with the product.

While I did receive the product swiftly and in the listed condition, It simply is not convincing enough.In a real world confrontation I highly doubt this wallet would fool even the most doped out mugger. The leather feels like some strange plastic material. The way the wallet bends makes the product seem like a gag gift or something similar. The interior cards aren't embossed, which contributes towards the unconvincing nature of this product. The listing (at the time of writing) is titled: " Decoy Wallet – Unique Fake Wallet with Fake Credit Cards – Realistic Anti-Pickpocket Wallet ...". It is a blatant lie to tell customers that this is "Realistic" in any capacity.For potential buyers: Just buy a used wallet on ebay and ask your bank if they can issue you dead/duplicate cards.

This can save you both money and days of reconstructing your life if you’re attacked and are forced to surrender a wallet. A decoy cell phone would also be a useful item.

i would prefer to see an option to add an id but we purchased a prop id from Leon the Leo and will cover the picture with a generic reciept. suggestion. add option for an id with a generic man or woman photo that can be covered with a generic reciept that can add to the authenticity. the name can match the gender less name on the cards. well done. when i was robbed at gunpoint the thief didn't want to shoot us he wanted our belongings. we threw them behind him then ran in the opposite direction. the fake will fool the thief long enough to get away. we will put some sacrificial cash in it. not worth putting fake money in just around 15 in ones and a flip phone. that way they get something. they tend to throw cards away and id anyways.
