I bought a transformer at one of the big box stores. It felt cheap. It was noisy and got pretty warm. I purchased the Edwards transformer and the quality seems much better. It also doesn't make any noise and it barely gets warm.

Decent product, clearly defined terminals.Just a heads-up for anyone who may be looking to use this to power anything sensitive. I used the 18v output to power my mechanical door chime, and Nest Hello doorbell camera.Using the Nest built-in voltage reading in the app, it's showing 19.6v. As that's higher than the transformer's 18v rating I decided to use a multimeter directly across the transformer's 18v terminals and got 21.2v.So, directly at the transformer it's measuring 3.2v above the 18v stated output.The doorbell chime and the Nest doorbell camera are working great, so at this point it's so far so good.

I ordered because I needed 12 volt dc for a door camera it not only had 12 volts but it had two extra volts as well so 14 powerful volts
