This board can manipulate into all different kinds of pushups! It really is semi fun when you do push ups all day, day in and day out. It works certain kinds of the body, like your back or chest, the isolation push ups test your limits and allow you to do push ups that you maybe would never try before!

Super easy to use, except... There are no instructions for direction of hand placement. You can switch placements for the handles but who knows how to hold them. Also, handles cannot switch locations while holding an Up position, they're too stuck in place. Would be nice to be able to change on the fly.Wouldn't recommend this one.

I wanted this to work different areas of my arms and back. Unfortunately, the day before it arrived I herniated a disc in my neck and can't try it out. So this review is bases on my 13 year olds opinion of it. He tried the handles in several different positions and could feel the difference. There's a color coded chart on the board so you know which color works what areas. He really likes using it and has helped him do a more proper form of push-ups. The handles stay put while in use but can be pulled out and moved with minimal force. We haven't tried any other push-up boards but this one seems to be durable to us. It folds in half for more compact storage. It also has 2 metal bands on the outer edges that you can attach work out bands to. You simply stand on the board to hold it down while you pull up on the arm bands. Those bands are not included but we already had some. Overall, based on my son's experience, the board seeks well made and gets the desired effect. It's now kept in his room until I recover and can use it myself!

I have the original "Power Press Push Up" board (which is amazing?) but it's quite large and not travel friendly. I bought the smaller version that Power Press sells, which is much more travel sized, but unfortunately doesn't have all the same positions of the full size board. So as good as that smaller one is, I wasn't fully satisfied with using it when I travel. When I saw this board come up, I noticed that it has most of the positions of the full size Power Press board. So I decided to give it a go. Guess what, it's smaller and lighter than the small Power Press board and even has hooks to use bands, etc. That is a win!To compare quality, this is definitely not as robust as the quality of the smaller Power Press board. That being said, it folds up quite small (about 12" x 7" x 2") is pretty lightweight (about 1.5 pounds) and the quality is still pretty descent. If the handles of this come apart / break or whatever, I will update this review. It has 4 colors to use for 4 different body parts:RED = shouldersBLUE = chestYELLOW = backGREEN = tri'sThe directions that come with this definitely leave a lot to be desired, and the actual workout they give is not good. Even though the board has 4 colors for 4 body parts, the workout suggestion they give only covers 3. It completely forgets to add a CHEST routine into their workout mix. Hmmm...And they mention something called "Power Press Explosion" in their workout suggestion, but they don't explain what that is anywhere. It's nothing you would be able to figure out either. However, I happen to know exactly what this is, as it is a routine that comes with my original Power Press board. Hmmmm...It seems the instructions were put together without much oversight. Grammar, sentence structure, spelling, etc are all quite off in many places. Ex: "Blend sculpt your core, and entire lower body, including glues" LOL that's just funny.Anyhow, if you get this board, which I def recommend for travel, then I HIGHLY suggest not trying to figure out / use their suggested workout and instead, use the Power Press workout. It is VERY good. And since most of the PP workout can be done on this board whilst traveling, it is well worth it to me!

The Multi-Functional Solid Push Up Board from Elevated Endeavors is a game-changer for home workouts. This professional-grade equipment targets chest, arms, and overall strength training with precision. Its versatility allows for various grip positions, making each session customizable to your fitness goals. Compact and solidly built, it's a must-have for anyone serious about leveling up their home workout routine, just a little flimsy so be careful about throwing it around

This work out board is like weight and folds up for storage. The handles are easy to move to different positions and it does not slide on a hardwood floor due to the rubber pads it comes with. The hinge to fold seems a bit flimsy so it that gives up on me I'll update.

I really enjoy using this board, it's stronger than I expected. The handles press in firmly, and they stay put. That's not ideal since I would like to change handle positions without getting out of push up position, but that's not possible with this board. It's nice that it folds up for storage, or travel, and it stays firmly planted when used on hardwood floors, the included foam feet help with that. The handles themselves are comfortable and nice to use.
