I've strained my back so many times lugging big clunky ladders around. This ladder takes absolutely no room to store and sets up in seconds when you need to get up high quickly to fix something or hang up christmas lights.Light weight yet super sturdy. I'm 150 pounds and have no concerns with this thing failing.Perfect for tight working conditions. Easy to carry, put up and take down. Still gotta use normal safety precautions as with any ladderlike the 75 degree angle rule, etc.I bought the 16 footer and couldn't be happier with my decision

Goes up easy. It's a little flexy when fully extended but doesn't feel like it's going to break. Be careful when lowering the sections down. When you release the latches, it comes down pretty hard. I've pinched the skin on my fingers a few times. I really like how compact it is and how high it extends. I would buy it again if I needed one.

It’s easy to open but closing it back by single person is quite a challenge. You need two people to close it back this extractible ladder. Imagine your both hands is occupied by stretching the tab and ladder slide does not drop down until you have third hand to help or you bang your head to bring it down. It is ridiculous. Besides bottom part never sat in base in spite tried it numerous times. I thought it would save space rather but it’s a lot of chaos, better I should have regular ladder instead. I don’t recommend it.

This ladder has been great and is easy to use. It's sturdy and I can't believe the affordability of this compared to other products that are similar.

I live in condo so owning a traditional ladder is out of the question due to space limitations. This thing extends up to 12ft, but when lowered is no bigger than a common step ladder. I store it in my closet! It is heavier than you would think, but I like that, because it is sturdy quality.
