I put in an external trans cooler and bypassed the radiator cooling. These were cheap to cap off the trans cooler ports on the radiator. There's no pressure, so I don't know if they would leak, but they work for my project. The threads went on fine, I didn't feel any resistance (bad threads) screwing them on. I would by again.

They have a little ball valve type thing in the end which leaks if you do not tighten it all the way, kind of helpful but a little weird. Used teflon tape and there are no leaks so far.
