  • Vorn V0.1 PCB set includes 2 pcb boards: Frame PCB+ Toolhead PCB. This pair of assembled PCB boards offer clean wire management and easy machine service / parts replacement. Additional features include a chamber temperature thermistor and neopixe support.
  • Frame PCB: Mounting between the A/B motors at the back of the printer and condenses the heater, thermistor, part cooling fan, hotend cooling fan, extruder motor and the X-endstop into a single 14 pin Micro-Fit 3.0 connector while also adding a chamber thermistor and hookups for 3 continous NeoPixe (WS2812) strips. This board takes in all the wires and merges them into a 14 pin harness.
  • Get the latest .STL files on github by searching:VornDesign/Vorn-Hardware/tree/master/V0-Umbilical.
  • A Specially designed wire harness for connecting Vorn 0.1 Umbilical PCB set, to connect Toolhead + Frame Board together.
  • Plug-and-play operation. For a long life-cycle, please pay attention to the insertion force and direction when using.


Package includes: 1 Set Vorn V0.1 Umbilical PCB Set--1pcs Frame Pcb board + 1pcs Tool Head Pcb board, come with a connecting cable. Q: Why this designed? A: In the original design, when replacing or maintaining the hotend, the wire is very short and complicated, and it is inconvenient. This product can make the hotend directly and completely removed for easy maintenance.
