  • Please check if the USB cable is damaged, or replace the USB cable to test (please note: no power supply with voltage higher than 5V is allowed)

  • After power on, the satellite icon flashing means it is in the state of searching, please move the car to the open road to receive the signal, after the satellite icon stops flashing and the number of satellites is displayed, it can be used normally.

  • If you drive to underground car parks, tunnels, flyovers and other places where the signal is unstable, the data displayed by the product may have some deviation, so you can return to normal by driving the car to an open road.

  • When there is no speed, the satellite can't identify the driving direction of the vehicle, it can be displayed normally only after the driving speed exceeds 5Km/H.
