This is stoke and Extremaly efficient and have a needle valve provided controler pressure release and have comfortable , egronomically desinged molded handles with a built-in fine adjust vernierwith dual source of pneumatic pressure generation with a pressure of 600 psi and the vaccum to 28.5 in Hg it is operated manually which moves the pistons back and forth leading to the formation of suction and deliver fluid used to pressure generation.
