We wanted to make our Google nest cameras operating 24 hours and due to the short battery life this wasn’t an option, but these wires with their extensive length have made that a perfect fix. We’ve been using them for over two months without a problem.

I was going to order the POEs from weiserstein, but they were out of stock for like 2 to 4 weeks. So I ordered these instead and canceled the other order. These worked out quite well, and now I can power my outdoor camera and never have to worry about taking it down to charge it. It was also cheaper than the POE adapter. They've been in place now for a while and I have not had any issues with either the camera, or the cable.

I have had these for over a couple months. Unfortunately, past the return windows. The cables have failed to properly charge the Nest camera. After a while, you will get intermittent warning from the Nest camera for battery low then the Nest camera will completely discharged. It seems like the cable design does not support the Nest camera power requirements as claimed. I bought a pair. If one cable failed, I can attribute to perhaps a faulty cable or just bad luck. However, both cables failed the same ways, it simply means that the design does not work as claimed. DO NOT BUY!
