This pillow is great was worried because it is very small. But I'm 4'10" and fat so I have thick thighs and it actually fits perfectly. So if you are short like me, this pillow should work for you. Taller people might want to try something different.HOW TO USE:For those of you wondering which end goes where, well, the thicker, wider end goes towards your thighs and the smaller, narrower end goes towards your knees. Nice but hoped it was a little softer still using it maybe the firmness helps to keep spinal alignment even it's worth a try for side sleepers

I decided to order this because I have a lot of back problems. As a side sleeper, this knee pillow came in handy. While it helps some, I found an issue with its size/shape. The way the pillow is somewhat triangular makes sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The smaller area doesn't really fit my legs, and I end up not using it for my knees. I end up using it for my arm instead, giving myself more balance as I rest on my side.I will more than likely purchase a different pillow for my knees so that it takes the pressure off my hips while I sleep. Until then, I will wrestle with this one.

This pillow provides great support and hip pain relief. It is small & the unique shape is effective. I didn’t notice any unusual odors from the item. Sometimes the material can smell, but I didn’t notice anything. My sleep improved significantly. I was waking up in the middle of the night due to the hip pain. I got a 2 pack & I’m so glad I did because I used the second one for support for a rotator cuff injury.

My back has hurt, always, from years working on my feet all day, lifting, bending down, I’m small, it adds up.I’ve had a folded pillow between my knees for years. Marisa was like, “no, I mean a *knee* pillow. That’s what you need.â€Marisa was correct. Awesome. It makes a difference in positioning to fall asleep.

I have used this every night since I got it! I used to use a pillow but found it made me too warm, this was definitely a game changer. It doesn’t make you over heated, it’s soft and keeps its form so no need to rotate it all the time.

I've only used the cushion for the past 2 nights and getting used to it. Found it a little stiff at first but that is because I was using a soft pillow at first. I honestly think it will work well as it's not as bulky as a pillow. I think it has a great shape and fits well between the knees.

Although the product is suitable for what it claims, it is a bit too small for larger people but should be OK for smaller people. I have had similar products of this shape previously but they have all been a bit larger and therefore are more fit for purpose.
