I use this knee pillow every night when I go to sleep. It fits perfectly and doesn't get too hot at night. It does fit my oversized knees well. Not too small or too big. Prefect amout of cushion between my knees because I sleep on my side.

I have knee problems and I seem to make them worse then I sleep. I need a pillow for my knees. This pillow is pretty and firm but for me, it was not comfortable and it did not stay in place. If I'm lying down watching TV, it's ok for about half hour, then it's just not comfortable and my knee starts hurting. I think this is the type of thing that is an individual preference. Give it a try, you can always return it.

had to return it was stiff and uncomfortable for use as pillow between knees for sleep. would not recommend it. memory foam was very stiff

I used to put pillows between my legs and got cold when the blankets didn't pull over right... no more!! I highly recommend this product. It works for my knee replacement and hip issues. Well done!!
