This is a bit expensive for a cover but it fits very nicely. It reduces evaporation and helps the water heat faster.The blue silicone around the opening makes a nice fit around all Sous Vide circulators. I use the Breville Joule Turno and it fits great.Other than expense it’s perfect.

Perfect fit and quality. A little expensive but worth it by not taking the time, effort and expense trying to cut another lid to fit. Definitely recommend!

I wanted a larger sous vide container but didn’t want to have a janky looking cooler setup and also didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on a container set. Ended up ordering this lid and bought a 18†x 12†x 9†polycarbonate food storage container from webstaurantstore dot com for $15. Lid fits perfectly on top and total cost was $45. Buying the lid and container from Lipavi is double the price. Lid fits well with my Anova and seems solid enough. I do think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is, which is why the 4 stars.

If you're using a sous vide immersion cooker, get this lid for the matching vessel. There is no perceivable evaporation after multiple cooks in the same water, you lose more pulling out the bags. Fits great around the cooker body and while I use a submersible rack, it would also help keep bags from popping out. Also it just makes for a nice finished setup that looks and feels professional.

Bought this as a lid for LIPAVI C15 19 Qt Sous Vide container. Use it with a Klarstein sous vide heater. Works fine. I use it to make odd batches of yogurt that need to brew for 36 hours. Keeps temperature. I also cover it with a bath towel for good measure. Just what I needed.

This lid does the trick. Fits my Anova Pro, Yedi, and the Joule I got for my daughter. The longest continuous cook time I've used this lid so far has been 4 1/2 days. While using the "LIPAVI - Universal Sous Vide Lid" there wasn't a significant loss of water that necessitated additional water be added. After using this lid, I bought three more (two in the other sizes, and one for my daughter). At this point I see no need to experiment with other lids. So glad I got it right on the first buy!

The lid is great, high quality and a great seal for your sous vide. But, it's the lid - finding a C5 container in the UK for the lid to sit on will be quite the challenge - I'm going to order a 1/3 Gasgtronorm container and hope for the best - otherwise, anyone want a great lid?
