Note on the Capacity of the USB Flash Drive
Manufacturers of Flash (memory) or solid-state drive devices generally calculate in 1000 as the decimal, i.e. 1KB=1000Bytes, 1GB=1000M, and operating systems calculate capacity in 1024 as the binary, i.e. 1KB=1024Bytes, 1GB=1024M, and the reported capacity after formatting will be less than the nominal capacity. System files also take up a small amount of space under different operating systems. For example: Nominal capacity 128GB, actual capacity about 117GB; nominal capacity 256GB, actual capacity about 238GB
About the Read/Write Speed of USB Flash Drive
- The read and write speed of the USB flash drive is affected by many factors such as computer configuration, interface, file size, etc.,
- If you find that the transfer speed is much lower than the advertised speed, please check whether your interface is a USB 3.2 gen2 interface
Instructions for Copying Files over 4GB
For better compatibility with the operating system, the default file system for USB flash drives is FAT32, with a maximum unit file size of 4GB. If you need to store individual files over 4GB, it is recommended that you reset the file system in the following way:
1. connecting the storage product to the computer; 2. right-clicking on the partition and selecting Format; 3. select exFAT format in the file system options; 4. Click Start to finish.

Nice design - feels like a premium usb drive. Speed is great and tons of storage for my photography events. Good option if you need the speed with this amount of storage. I like also that it comes with both a case and a USB-C to USB-A converter so you can use it in an older USB3 compatible ports if you need to.

The first one I ordered was broken on arrival, it errored out immediately in every PC, laptop, phone or tablet that I tried connecting it to.I never had any issues with a flash drive before though, so I absentmindedly threw out all the packaging before I ever tested it. After I realized that the device was broken, I assumed that they would not accept a return based on the fact that the packaging was gone, so I just threw the device away and wrote a review of the product.The company immediately reached out to me and gave me a full refund for the device, apologizing for the trouble, and then took it one step further and sent me out a new one to replace the one that was broken, for free.The new device that came works perfectly, I have had a few days to test it out fully and I have had no issues with it at all!That first one must have just been a rare occurance.They were so kind throughout the whole process though, I had to change my review.The new device works wonderfully, it is blazing fast and has tons of space. I hope it lasts for many years, time will tell.But so far it is working great, and I can tell you that this company truly cares and stands behind their product.Thank you!

First, it was delivered onetime.Next, I had huge files to download, in a fairly short time frame. As declared, I was able to download fast and secure to save the files.I think it was a good value for my needs.The size is compact and fits in my pocket so it is also mobile and compatible with my computer and cell phone.

This dive is in a metal casing. It works like a heat-sink and draws heat into. I have not used the drive much but it seems to function well but gets very hot. A little type worried what that means for long term.

Avoid at all costs. I thought this would be a great alternative to using a full-size external hard drive to offload frequently used information from my main computer. This thing never worked out of the box. I think it may have only been detected by my computer once or twice. I was kind of shocked to go along with my disappointment. I really thought that, at that price (over $200.00) that it would be a sure thing. I'm just stunned because I had been using the much cheaper high-capacity flash drives and thought that this very expensive flash drive would be a very powerful tool for my projects. I want to reiterate, it never, ever worked. I'm a CS/IT guy but I thought that, perhaps, I had misread the instructions and/or maybe I needed some software to go along with it (or something). It was simply a ripoff.If I could give this product a rating of 0 stars, I would.

This thing is super solid. I love having both plug styles available without needing another stupid adapter....but yeah, this all metal body - you could drive a car over with no damage. Probably buy more soon. Highly recommend.
