had to buy a longer cable to extend down from slanted roof, but once that was done, its great! bidirectional. using it in winter to circulate air on a houseboat. im not using the app to control it, just the remote, and that's been fine.

These fans are perfect for outdoor applications and are easy to install. The instructions are very basic, so it's easy to make an error in assembly. As advertised, the blades are made of ABS, which is fine for outdoor applications. They are light weight, fairly attractive, and are well balanced. The motor is light weight and is very quiet.One small improvement would have given this product 5-stars. The screws that attach the top cover to the mounting plate are exposed and the bottom plate doesn't completely cover the motor mount. These are esthetic traits, but would have given the finished product a higher quality appearance.

We are building a new home and need a ceiling fan without a light since there will be pancake lights on the ceiling in the room this fan is going to go. It is an absolutely beautiful fan with nice long blades. The blades are plastic but look great and are thick and sturdy. It is easy enough to put this fan together and hang it with the included hardware. The remote is nice enough but I am not sure if we will ever use the remote. Will turn it on and let it go! It matches our new decor (black and gold) and looks like it will last for years to come. I would definitely recommend this fan.

Love that you can control everything from the remote control. This wasn't hard to put in, but I'm handy. I love the clean look. I recommend this fan.

First, I love the look of this fan, the blades are large and move the air so well, the fan is super quiet even on the highest speed. The matte black and gold color goes perfectly with the other light fixtures in my space.As far as installing, that was a challenge to say the least, the instructions are okay but the transmitter box that you have to use for all the wiring is very challenging to install and get it all tucked up and out of the way, that is what took the longest to do.The only thing that would have made the fan perfect was if there was an option for no drop down bar, I have short ceilings and a very tall husband so he only has four inches between his head and the fan blades.The fan is a great style and looks like an airplane propeller. You have forward and reverse so for now I have it in reverse to move the warm air from my fire around the space.

We loved this fan. So very well crafted, perfect and beautiful real wood blades and the gold part do not looks like cheap. The remote control help a lot . So easy to install (if you have the power already in the place) . recommend for sure.

Awesome ceiling fan. It is super quiet. If the blades weren't turning, you wouldn't know it was turned on.

Does a good job cooling down the room pretty much silently. We really liked the look of this fan and thought it looks really modern and clean looking. We liked the app and it's our preferred way of controlling the fan though the remote is well laid out (though a bit cheap looking & feeling)

Ce ventilateur est très beau, il fonctionne à merveille, il est silencieux. Le ventilateur déplace énormément d'air. Les points négatifs sont :1- le manuel d'utilisation qui n'y est pas et les palmes qui sont creuses donc ramasseront beaucoup la poussière.2- Incapable de le relié au Bluetooth donc incapable d'utiliser l'application.3- Autre point négatif, sur la télécommande, nous ne pouvons pas voir à quelle vitesse le ventilateur fonction ni s'il est en mode hiver ou été.À suivre, j'ai essayé d'obtenir de l'aide, sans succès.

l'installation et assez simple , cependant l'application n'est pas reconnu par l'app store et mon téléphone bloque les accès au bluetooth car elle n'est pas reconnu. Je peux donc utiliser seulement avec la télécommande, c'est une déception de ce coté.
