I love my rain gauge! Its big enough so I can see the numbers through my window. I can see the rain gauge but the temp is too small. Very pleased with the looks of it, it works like it should. I do find because of it's construction, it bends easily. That's good and bad. It's good to get it set up when it got here. Bending it too much feels like the metal would break. Once it's set there is no reason to bend it. I really like mine.

The glass measuring tube is clearly marked with big numbers so it’s easy to read. It’s lightweight and was designed to fit immediately into the ground. I have to say that the construction of the gauge is kind of flimsy and could be sturdier. Overall I’m quite satisfied with it for the price.

It looks nice in my yard and the numbers are big enough to see from a distance. I think it will be a nice addition to my back yard.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do, and the blue line does enhance the rain level making it easier to read with the larger numbers too. A nice little hummingbird perched on the thermometer is a nice addition too. An actual garden rain gauge is the best way to accurately measure whats landing in your garden, as the wall attached ones leave to many variables, such as the direction the rain is coming from etc. The only issue would be a longer post would've been nicer, as it's barely over my knee in height, and viewing the thermometer is a pain in the butt, but I have other ways to measure that, but again tells me what my gardens feeling. It makes no difference for the gauge as it lifts out to view and empty.

The product description says that it is made of plastic and will not freeze or crack. During our first winter storm the cylinder cracked, apparently due to freezing rain. Amazon's computerized customer service has made it nearly impossible to get any satisfaction for this obvious product failure.

I have this in a flower pot with Mexican Petunias. Adds a nice touch, plus the rain gauge feature. Great gift idea.

It was much smaller than I expected. But I'm keeping it. Bought. For my husband for Christmas gift as he loves bird feeders etc. So I'm an little bit disappointed. But quality is ok.

This is adorable and holds the rain! The water holder is plastic which makes me happy because if I don't put it away early enough this fall I don't need to worry about it cracking in the cold. It's a sweet way to keep track of the rainfall. It's pretty lightweight material, meaning not super sturdy. But we'll see how it navigates the North's weather/winter.
