This was my second go at this. The first order from a different seller came in a box all by itself without any protective packing. The battery was dead and would not hold a charge. This time, the second go, the battery came with protective packing. It works as expected and charged to full capacity.

Won't last more than 2 years before it won't give you full power. My other profoto batteries suffered the same fate. Wouldn't mind if the profoto stuff was overpriced and it worked and lasted, but in my experience as a full time photographer it's not that great.

I got 3 batteries just to make sure I always have a battery ready to go. 2 work just find. The 3rd battery died after 3 months.

I mean its what it is supposed to be coming from Profoto especially the price tag. but its a no brainer. must have it your first or third job should pay for it and thens ome.
