Been using this little guy for the past few months. Works very well, I really like how it doesn't slip around at all. Fits well in the clarinet case while still being attached to the thumb rest.

This is overall a very great product. I am a clarinetist that constantly struggles with pain in my right thumb due to extended periods of playing. This product is so helpful so I don't have hand pain after a concert!

It is super comfy and leaves my thumb mark free. It still fits in my case so don’t have to take it off when I put my instrument away but no madder how hard it try to push it on. There is a little bit of space in the rest that makes it so it’s not a perfect fit and has fell off a couple times and moves around while I am playing. Even though it has a couple imperfections I have hour long band classes everyday and would much rather pick up it up every once and a while then having my thumb hurt and impact my playing ability.

Used on my Selmer, Yamaha, Backun, Buffet.Best on clarinet with adjustable thumb rest position as it adds a lot of thickness.Helps keep the clarinet from rotating.

I got this for my daughter's clarinet -- it has an oversized thumb rest. When we put this on she said it the cushion was nice, but she felt as if she was holding it funny. We adjusted the thumb rest as best we could and she tried it for a few days. She ended up just taking it off.

Purchased for Buffet Chrampon E11 clarinet with a small built in thumbrest. The design with the bottom lip protects a thumb in two directions, good cushioning that does not affect the reach to the keyword and tone holes. The thumbrest cushion remains in place when neck strap (attached to the same thumb rest) is used.

These thumb rest cushions transform the comfort of the instrument thumb rest. This is especially true for those using heavier wooden instruments. Been using one for a while now and love it. I don’t endure the discomfort I once did. A worthy replacement for the normal thumb rest cushion.

I’ma professional oboist and have developed a callous on my right thumb despite using a very popular brand of rubber thumbs rest. This one is made of far softer rubber and is much wider which spreads the weight of the instrument over a wider area and my callous has already started to shrink. Highly recommended!
