These horn tweeters were intended to replace the ones I blew out on me. These have a higher handling power with a decent efficiency ratio. Very pleased that they fit perfectly into my existing speaker enclosures.

it works. its youre run of the mill generic horn tweeter that you find in every single speaker that ever has a small rectangular horn of any value. works best crossed at around 8-10khz, but you can run these things pretty hot all the way down to 400hz or so with no issues. great replacement driver or just cheap horn.

I bought this to replace an H391 mid horn that had broken. I had thought that these would be similar, but they are more of a tweeter than a mid horn/tweeter, like the old one. (yes, I know it says tweeter in the description, but Amazon descriptions can be wrong at times and the frequency response matches closely to the H391)There is no crossover, so make sure you don't just hook them up and start going. That will blow them, like others have seen. You don't want to send bass through a tweeter.They are very bright and reproduce higher frequencies very well. They are also slightly larger at the mouth than the H391 was, so I will have to file the hole down a little.Also, it took me a little bit to figure out which side was + and which side was -. Then I noticed the red paint on the tab. That's the only way to know, as it isn't marked anywhere else on the connectors. (see pic)Overall, the quality is very good and I expect this one to last a while.

Had to replace an old tweeter in my box. It give me a significant sound improvement.

It is working, i am using is with my centre speaker which seems to lack of detail at the high end, there is a little there but not as allowed as I wanted.
