Installed this as part of a bathroom remodel.Overall I would rate this a 4.5 stars (if given that option):Value: **** 4 stars Purchase price range: $15-$20Quality/Durability: ***** 5 stars Duration of use: 1year 7 monthsEase of Use/Assembly/Install: ***** 5 stars- Easy to install. Can set up in different configurations depending on what you need.Usefulness/Appearance/Fun Factor: **** 4 stars- Took a star away here because the inside roller, while helpful with the sliding of the door, does prevent the door from sitting as flush to the wall. This will leave a slight gap on the sides when the door is fully closed. NOTE this was also due in part because there was trim on the baseboard and around the door. Could have cut a pocket in the trim before installing.

I'm very happy with finding a product that can be anchored into the baseboard and not drill into the tile floor. The product works great and keeps our door from bouncing, though I wish it could be just a bit smaller.
