I used these to install low voltage undercabinet lighting in my kitchen as well motion activated closet lighting. When locked, these clamp tightly on the wires and hold them in place. For low voltage applications where a gang box is not required, these are just big enough to use 3M command strips to adhear to the underside of a cabinet or other hidden area to keep these out of sight.
