Great product, fits my camera case perfectly. The foam is easy to cut to any shape I need. Good packaging. The foam expands to shape in just a few hours after removal.

I purchased these to line a container. They are packed for shipping in a vacuum sealed plastic bag. After three days, they have still not returned to their full 1" thickness. Most have only returned to about 1/2" thick.

The foam arrived in a vacuum bag. After 48 hours the pieces are still not expanding beyond 1.5 inches to the advertised 2 inches. The sides are not cut cleanly and will not sit flush in a case. The foam is also not very robust and seems flimsy.

The com vacuum sealed, so they expand when you open them. These are sheets, so they can be cut to whatever size you need. Perfect for custom holders. Just what I needed.

The foam padding is decent. It doesn't flake off, or stay compressed. It does the job.

There are two different thicknesses included. The pluck and pull style of this makes it easy to create 'cutouts' for items, like tools, lights, collectibles while moving, and then to use the thinner sheets as toppers. They're really useful around the house for things that I want to keep safe and, with a move on the horizon and a lot of nerdy collectibles that I spent a lot of money on, I have a solution to moving a lot of them in big totes while also avoiding damage to them. I don't save boxes, so this foam is going to help out a lot.While it will work for tools, it's best for smaller ones, like dremels and things like that. It's thick, but not super dense, and because it's cut all over, that makes it not super sturdy. It is very piable thought, which is super helpful for shaping it. It works for my needs, but he'll need a denser foam that isn't the precut type for his heavier tools.I think the set is a good price for the foam insert pieces and the thin pieces to use as 'lids'. I would buy this again. I'd like a set with a higher number of pieces as well.

I'm changing my review. I previously said that what I received were inconsistently cut and I gave it 1 star. After over 2 days, the foams did expand out to their correct and consistent shape. However, none of them are 1inch thick. They are 7/8 of an inch thick.
