The kit includes everything you need: bamboo rolling mats, a rice paddle, a rice spreader, and molds. The tools feel sturdy and high-quality, making it great for beginners like me.One of the things I love is how simple it makes the process. The instructions are clear, and even as a first-timer, I was able to make decent rolls on my first try. The molds are especially helpful for getting even shapes without too much effort.However, the only downside I found is that it could include a bit more guidance on rice preparation, which is key to getting the right texture. Overall, it’s a fantastic kit for anyone interested in making sushi at home. Great value for the price!

All the pieces were there. Some superflous, but still, the entire set was a better value for the money than sets that come w/o things like the chopsticks, and chopstick rests that I already owned in abundance. yet cost as much or more. The bazooka isn't really needed, either, especially if you want larger diameter rolls, but it does lend itself to a uniformly round one, rather than a potentially lumpy one if you were to roll it by hand.
