This MOH unit is great! It gives many options for the type of music you want to play, either the pre-packaged music or from your own flash drive. Very easy to install, it even comes with an adaptor from the 3mm to a banana plug, if that is required. I would definitely buy this again.

For 25 years, I've wanted a professional on hold system and I finally have one!. The price is perfect, there are a lot of choices of music I can choose for my patient's and customers to listen to if it is necessary I put them on hold, and it was easy to set up. Their customer service is superb! I would definitely recommend this product!!!
