The role of Tin-Plating:
- Copper would be easily oxidise black, produce patina and affect electrical contact in the atmospheric. Tin is so stable in the atmosphere that it's called "Weather-able." Tin-plating can enhance the corrosion resistance, increase the contact area of the copper bar, reduce the contact resistance of the lap surface, and enhance the electrical conductivity.
- Using the softness of Tin to increase the contact area under appropriate pressure. The Tin and Copper bonding layers form an alloy, and then
- enhanced the adhesion of copper row tin coating.
- Tin has a very good conductivity.
- Copper bar is a kind of high current conductive products, suitable for high and low voltage electrical appliances, switch contacts, power distribution equipment, bus slot and other electrical engineering, but also widely used in metal smelting, electroplating, chemical caustic soda and other large current electrolytic smelting engineering. Electrical copper bar has the advantages of low resistivity and large extramural degree.
- Copper bar, also known as copper bus, copper bus or copper bus bar, ground copper bar, is made of copper material, rectangular section or fillet rectangular long conductor, is the role of conveying current and connecting electrical equipment in the circuit.

International Copper Row Discharge Estimation Method:
Single Copper bus-bar Discharge = width (mm)x thickness coefficient
Double Copper bar Discharge = width (mm) x thickness coefficient x 1.5 (empirical coefficient)
