This works as advertised and I am extremely satisfied with the results! You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to use this. A must-have to have great results frying tofu. All parts are easy to hand wash. Highly recommended!

Fast delivery and BRAND NEW and exactly as described!! Unboxed washed, air dried and used the same evening! Very easy to assemble and works perfectly well and includes a simple instructions guide that is easy to read and follow to successful assembly! Definitely recommend to help drain excess water from tofu to enjoy delicious results!

This is a great product over all! First let me say it arrived the day I ordered it. With in a couple of hours. Hats off to Amazon on that note. The product is a little smaller in person than the pictures portray, but it was a perfect fit for a 14oz block of Tofu. Its obviously made of plastic. Its has some flex to it but strong enough to get a good solid press. It comes with a holder, a large spring, a strainer, and a top to press with. Its pretty straight forward, right out the box. Pop your tofu block in the strainer, put your spring in the holder and press the strainer down on the spring, latch the top and throw it in the fridge. Thats it. While using I noticed that most of the tofu juice comes out within the first couple of minutes. I was using extra firm tofu, and I had to dump it to keep the liquid from touching the tofu. You don’t have to open it back up to dump, simply turn it to the side and the liquid comes right out.The only downside I noticed was that if your like me and press your tofu for a couple of hours, you will have to flip your tofu or it will press into the holes of the strainer and stop the extraction on liquid.Outside of that its a great product at a decent price.

I used to use the method of squeezing out the liquid in Tofu using books and two plates, but that was prone to accidentally damaging books.This tofu press is great - not too big, mostly easy to use, and solid with no leaks. Also, easy to clean, which was a headache with the old one I got rid of. I actually purchased another one because we’ve started eating so much tofu.It takes a little practice to get the top to latch down, but once you learn to line up the bits - it works awesomely.

This product is 👌, even more so, because it works like a charm. Before, I had to get out heavy books and cans to pile on a brick of firm tofu to squeeze all that water out; now, I just pop the brick into this handy gadget and voilà ! I also appreciate the info and recipe booklet included. All in all, a fine product at a great price.

This press is a great way to get rid of the excess liquid from the tofu. PRO TIP: if you are struggling to attach both clips, step on it with your entire weight (of course with clean feet) and you will be able to get the other clip on. Works like a champ.

After reading all the reviews, I was skeptical on whether this would work correctly, and which of the tofu presses to pick, but I went with this one in the large size. Not only did it work perfectly with my 18oz extra firm tofu from Costco but it was easy to close, easy to use, easy to clean and arrived packaged well with a nice note.I did not receive this free for a review and have never done product reviews before, but this works so well I felt I should post to counter all the negative feedback, as those customers probably bought the small version and tried to put a large tofu in it!

I really love this tofu press. It works better than wrapping it in paper towel and pressing it yourself which also saves on paper towel. Cleans up great in the dishwasher. I probably will buy another. Very worth the money.

The press is a good size and the block well enough, but the compression strength on the spring just didn't apply enough pressure on the tofu block to squeeze out much moisture at all. A stack of cook books with the tofu wrapped in a tea towel is still more effective, just not as practical.

Still have the product and it still works great, I would buy another one if I needed to.
