My Son loves this book! he's not a big reader, but this book he likes. It gives motivation and encouragement. Age appropriate for 12–15-year-olds. A great way to boost your teenager's confidence and reading skills.

Trust The Grind truly knocks it out of the park! This is not just one of the best sports books, but one of the best books of any genre I have ever read. Jeremy really knows how to captivate an audience, and the only disappointing part was when I ran out of pages to read. An extremely interesting and informative read, this is a book people of all ages can and will enjoy. Trust The Grind is a motivating work of art that I certainly will be reading again in the near future. Looking forward to more from Jeremy!

From what I've read of the book, they will value the lessons inside. It says for about a 15 year olds reading level, and my grands are a little young, but it's never to young to instill good habits in them.

I preordered this book for my teenage son, who is heavily involved in sports. He began reading it as soon as it was shipped to the house, and immediately asked if I could buy him a personal journal. When he got to the Fitness and Nutrition chapter, he then informed me that he would be tagging along next time I go to the grocery store, so that he could get stock up on “foods rich in zinc.†An AMAZING read for, not just young athletes, but all the kids out there!
