This standard link chain can be easily identified by its gold or yellow chromate finish, which is recognized industry-wide as the color for Grade 70. It's most commonly used as a tie-down on flatbed trailers but is also used for towing, logging, safety, and oil rigging applications. Grade 70 Transport chain is extremely strong given it's lightweight - making it superior to standard grade 43 high-test chain. The chain is stamped with "G70" for easy identification and meets NACM and ASTM requirements for safe tie-downs. It is important to know the grade of chain you are working with and its working load limits. This convenient drum contains a 200-foot length of 1/2-inch Grade 70 chain, has a working load limit of 11,300 pounds. All US Cargo Control chain comes in the customer preferred short link variety and is made to the strict specifications set by the National Association of Chain Manufacturers (NACM96). *Due to the weight of this item, this product must ship on a pallet as LTL Freight.
