Used these to remove Transmission line from radiator on a Ford F53 motor home chassis. More durable than the plastic ones that I bought before these. Would buy again if ever needed too.

Needed to disconnect the trans lines so i could pull the radiator out of my 2004 fx4. Expensive for what they are but no issue with quality

Worked great to remove transmission cooler line om 16 f150 so I cam do home trans flush. I originally bought the scissor looking tool that would not work as there was a lip on metal line. This unit steps so it goes around lip and still fits in pocket to disconnect. Inslide this tool in and line popped off with ease.

A long time ago I bought a master quick disconnect tool set for automotive A/C, fuel, and transmission oil cooler Lines. It has served me well but because of wear and tear certain pieces have worn out. The Ford style ATF quick disconnects have close tolerances the removal tool must successfully push against all the locking tabs or the cooler line will not release. This aluminum version does a better job than plastic.
