It has its limits, but well worth it's cost. Used it on stage about a dozen times now. While not having full control over the parameters of most effects, they've done a good job with the stock settings. The harmonizer works quite well, if you have good pitch (my guitar player couldn't make it sound good ...) Also the chorus and unison settings are useful. Formant button is cool. Ultimately though it's worth it for the compressor, reverb, and the "enhance" button (works kinda like a BBE sonic maximizer). I'm happy with it, but if you have the $700 get the voice live touch 2

Overall, it is apparent that this will be a useful addition to live performance. First, there are no submenus or complicated screens to rifle through. Everything you need has its own on/off button. If it's illuminated, that means it's on. If it's not, then it's off. It's that simple. Turning the reverb knob to the right increases the effect. Turning it completely left turns the reverb effect off. Easy.The reverb is also very usable, but as a personal preference, it would be "nice" to have more options for reverb. But at this price point, that may be asking for a lot. The good news is, I have no worries about just handing this over to a lead singer and expecting good results. Much more complicated vocal pedals often prove frustrating for musicians who want quick results. This unit, however, is designed for a quick learning curve.

I've purchased other effects units, but this is the only one that works for me. Most other effects you need an instrument to make it work .

Device lasted 4 weeks in a studio environment before dying. Not GIG worthy. Easy to use and tone quality top notch but again not gig ready fragile.

Hey all, I found a fix for the weird behaviors and shut down.......Make sure the first thing you do is download the update firmware. It cure my problem, mentioned in an earlier post....I am leaving this a one star to allow others to see this very important update......DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE FIRMWARE,..this will correct the problems we all have been experiencing. I dont know why the makers dont have FORMWARE update advisory posted----First post below------The warnings could not have been any less heralded by my fellow purchasers, giving it the lowest rating on the scale. I absolutely love the “ZOOM†brand. I am a proud owner of 4 of their incredible recorders, going just over 7 years old fully functional to date.This had driven me to totally disregard the lower rating comments. That said, two days into enjoying my new ZOOM V3 it shut down hard!! but not before making me tare the headphones from my head to recover from a Mega Buzz delivered directly into each eardrum, in UHD, which made it very clear to me that it had been, in the least, very lovingly constructed, by ZOOM, with the ability to express emotion by screaming the way it had just prior to DYING A PAINFUL DEATH!!! I hate the process of trying to return something and expect them to keep up their part of the bargain. They already have youtubers making this product dubbing it with great things just shy of saying it was better than sex on a stick, (don’t ask,…I’m still delirious from ear hemorrhaging)!! So, I will NOT be returning it and just count it as an expensive lesson learned. I was really hoping this was another smart purchase from ZOOM, as was their recorders.

Puedes ir variando depende al gusto de cada canciones que quieras interpretar en vivo o para grabaciones innovadoras. eso si lo que no me pareció tan al 100 es que todos los efectos si se llega a escuchar el efecto pero si llega a pasar algo muy poquito de vos natural en el efecto osea que se escuchan ambas ala ves algunos les gusta asi algunos solo quisieran escuchar la vos con el puro efecto

Bought Zoom FS-01 pedal switch and tried but no option to turn only the Harmony effect. What it does is turn on and off all the effect including pitch correction. I wish you can configure the pedal switch with only Harmony effect same as the TC Helicon vocal effect processor.
