Care and Washing Guidelines
Wash wool knitwear on a 30°C wool cycle using a laundry net and wool detergent. Avoid spinning, tumble drying, and dry flat. Air outside in damp weather when needed. Store out of season in sealed bags. Remove pilling gently by hand or with a soft brush—avoid anti-pilling devices.
How to Measure Your Hand for the Right Size:
- Use a tape measure to determine your hand's circumference by wrapping it above the knuckles (as shown in the image).
- Measure hand length by placing the tape measure at your wrist and extending it to the tip of your middle finger.
- Match your measurements to the size chart. Note that sizes may vary slightly by design, e.g., Ekshärad runs shorter, while Lycksele is snugger due to finer threading.
Size Tips:
- Small (Glove size 6): Fits shoe sizes 4-6.
- Medium (Glove size 7-9): Fits shoe sizes 6-8.
- Large (Glove size 10-11): Fits shoe sizes 8-11.

I've had these for about 4 months. We live in New England and there has been plenty of cold. The temps have been as low at -5 F. The year prior my pernio/chiblans was out of control on both of my hands due to the cold. Every finger was affected. This winter my hands are perfect! I make sure that I do not walk my dog, gather wood or walk without these mittens. I've bought several gloves online and NONE have been this warm. Don't let the price deter you, they are worth the cost. I am thrilled I can enjoy the winter again. I was really stressing over that. They got a little wet one day but dried beautifully with no problems at all. If you want warm these are the gloves. Beautiful quality and style. You will not be disappointed. They look as good as new and I wear them every day and I don't baby them. These gloves really are warm, and the quality is outstanding. The picture I posted is "after" 4 months of wearing daily.

I ordered these from the seller “Sweater Chalet,†and they were quickly delivered and nicely packaged. Mittens themselves are fantastic. I do think they run longer and narrower than most US mittens (I’ve found that true of other Scandinavian mittens, too). I’m 5’2†with proportionately small hands and am often an XS in US gloves. I bought the small here and am very happy with the size, but they just fit in width. These don’t totally block the wind (I’m in the Chicagoland and it’s been gusty), but they’re some of the best I’ve had (my Stormy Kromer mittens block wind better, but aren’t quite as toasty). I’ve worn them frequently the last two weeks and they still look brand new. Very happy with my new mittens.

Beautiful product. Very well made, very warm, very comfortable. But take it from me … do not put them in the dryer unless you know a hobbit or small child looking for a great pair of gloves.

I've had Reynaud's for years, and have never found a pair of mittens or gloves that actually worked to keep away the morning cold while I exercise. I've tried different styles, price ranges and materials, but none have been satisfactory. Until I found this product. The mittens are adorable, extremely well made and they keep my hands warm. With disposable hand warmers and these, I was able to be outside for 2 hours in 7 degree cold with no problems. I highly recommend this product. They are pricey, but worth it.

I got these on recommendation from the Reynauds disease society as being very warm in cold weather as my hands have Reynauds. I live in MN and we just had the warmest winter on record this year. I got these after the only cold snap we had and my hands were somewhat warm but still cold sometimes when walking my dog, we did not have any really cold weather like we usually have so I think these are more for mild weather. They are cute and comfortable.

I seriously love these mittens. They feel so well made and keep my hands nice and cozy. They are connected by a string of knit fabric, which was a surprise to me. It can be a little inconvenient when buckling a seatbelt, putting on a backpack, etc. But a big pro is I can’t just lose one when they’re stuck together!

While I don't have Raynaud's, my hands are almost always cold (oftentimes in the summer too) and in the winter, they can take hours to warm back up or not at all. I recently took these on a snowshoeing excursion and am happy to say that they kept my hands warm the whole time, even with taking them off a few times. The weather wasn't super cold (only about 40 degrees), so I do not know how they will be when it's in the 20's or lower, but I can always slip a Hot Hands in each mitten if I need to. They are very soft inside because of the fleece; I love the colors that they used in this pattern (Fastfolk Elsie & Erik) and the weave is fairly tight....no water/snow penetrated them the entire time I was using them. Unfortunately, there was no option to buy these in a small (I ordered a medium) and since I have very small hands, I think I will try what another reviewer did..... wash & dry them to shrink them. Right now, I have about 1-1/2" extra at the top and that's cumbersome with my snowshoe pole straps. I will say that right out of the package, it's obvious that these mittens are very well made with good materials. Am very pleased that I found such a nice pair of mittens since I have tried MANY MANY gloves & mittens that did not keep my hands warm at all.

Meiner Bestellung lag, neben einem Prospekt mit allen Muster-Geschichten, auch noch ein schwedischer Schokoriegel bei.Die Fäustlinge selbst sind unglaublich warm und weich, das Muster perfekt gearbeitet. Sie machen einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Das sind die Handschuhe, nach denen ich jahrelang gesucht habe: beste Qualität, sehr schöne weiche Merinowolle aussen und innen drei weitere Stoffschichten, die zusammen einen perfekten Schutz bei empfindlichen Fingern bietet, auch bei sehr niedrigen Temperaturen .Sehr symatisch finde ich die schwedische Herstellerin, die zu jedem ihrer hübschen Muster, eine Geschichte erzählen kann, denn die Muster basieren auf traditionelle schwedische Muster.Auch der Versand aus Schweden erfolgte superschnell, viel schneller als angekündigt.Diesen Verkäufer kann ich bestens empfehlen.
