I’m so glad I decided on buying this creeper! The instructions are a little vague though on putting it together, but everything just kind of goes in place if you have a little bit of knowledge on putting things together. Wasn’t hard to figure out. I love how it turns into a seat and locks firmly into place. I highly recommend.

This creeper/stool has been really helpful when working on my cars & motorcycles. It's not the highest quality and I wouldn't buy it for professional use (you get what you pay for) but I use it in both configurations and it's super helpful.

Arrived yesterday. Took about 10 minutes to assemble- you most likely will need a 13mm wrench (thin preferably) as the included “wrench†is flimsy and will stretch open. If you don’t have a thin one, use your own socket and wrench to attach the 3 pieces of the frame together and save the included one to attach the wheels. This is definitely NOT meant for professional or heavy diy use, however it appears to be sufficient for routine diy maintenance use. Wheels roll well on hard surfaces, padding is reasonably comfortable and size is decent enough for most folks. It’s relatively compact so easy to store and the dual function design saves you from having to store two separate items when not in use. Welds appear to be ok, if a little sloppy. All in all it fully appears as advertised and to be a decent buy. Time will tell if it is as well made as it appears. Oh, and it arrived a full 7 days early- wish my other Amazon packages could do that!

Bought this item for xmas present for my husband, two weeks ago he finally went to use it all excited, less than 10 minutes he hears a crack. My husband is not heavy, the frame has a hair line crack, so its worthless, tried contacting seller nothing. Called Amazon and they said first try seller if no response they will help me.

This item comes with only a one-page sheet that encourages you to "consult the Owners Manual" multiple times, BUT there is NO Owners Manual! Add to that, that the diagram and parts list shows you a completely different 'creeper' and if you are a parts counter, you'll think: "Hey, where's the rest of the stuff...there's not nearly enough parts here!" For example, diagram shows (7) wheels; there's only (6). It shows an adjustment handle for tilt; there isn't one on this model. It shows tons of screws, washers, legs, etc. that are not there. BUT... when you get frustrated and ready to return it, go back to the website and watch the video & look at the pictures again and you can almost figure it out. Just make sure the hi-hats go thru the frame to connect to the wheel stud on (4) bottom wheels; the top (2) screw into threaded frame holes. And use the stop nuts on the horizontal bolts connecting the frame pieces. It's a jig-saw puzzle, but it can be solved! Other than that, nice construction and seems like it will be a good item to use. :)
