Got it stuck on the very first drop in I attempted to set, it must’ve mushroomed and got stuck in the threads? Either way, I had to beat it out of the ceiling to the point where it’s at a 90 degree angle now

The set tool delivered does not match the picture listed on description. It should of had a tapered head. It doesn't even match the overall length listed. It's actually less than 5 inches long.. I'm starting to get tired of Amazon!
