I needed square nuts but not for use in bolts but for use in a welding sculpture that ... Well lets just say they had to be square nuts. Bought these the they worked good. they were a little smaller in overall size than I expected but was able to make them work.

Well made, correct 12-24 threads. I ordered these to replace nuts missing from a shelf bracket. They overall diameter is too large to use.
